A few details help us get you moving again:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • Your Apple Watch model and watchOS version, if relevant.
  • Your Intervall app version.
  • What happened, and the steps that led to it.
Apple Watch or heart rate?

Please also let us know:

  • Whether Health permissions are enabled.
  • Whether the Intervall Watch app is installed.
  • Whether you started the workout on iPhone.
  • Whether the issue affected iPhone, Apple Watch, or both.

Heart rate appears when a fresh reading arrives from Apple Watch. Without one, the display stays hidden.
